Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise returned in new condition with the original receipt within thirty-days of possession date will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
In store: You may return smaller items directly to one of our store locations.
Delivered Furniture: Call one of our stores to arrange a pick-up of any furniture item. They can schedule a pick up, or exchange, and process your return.
Custom Orders: We accept returns of special order furniture. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returned custom orders.
Freight Damage: Please contact our customer service line at 206-340-1879 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you receive a package with visible damage.
