Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind every item we carry, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply let us know, and we'll make it right.  It's that simple.

Any non-furniture items purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund, as long as we receive the merchandise no later than 30 days after the order was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

To receive a refund, please:

  • Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation.
  • Include a copy of your invoice.

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. Please be sure that you ship the item so that we receive it within the 30-day return window and can issue you a timely refund.

If you purchased your item(s) at one of our stores, simply return it to any location within 30 days for a full refund. 

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that all shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

To receive a refund on furniture, please call us at 206-838-8000 during store hours or email us.  We must be contacted within the 30-day return window, or we will be unable to honor the return. Once contacted, we will arrange to have the item picked up at your specified location using the most efficient shipping method. You will be contacted by an assigned freight company to coordinate pickup.

Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece is carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible.

We do accept returns for custom ordered furniture. However, in addition to non-refundable round-trip shipping charges, a 20% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.

  • Delivery and assembly fees
  • Leather and Fabric protection fees
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift Cards
  • Mattresses
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

We take care to inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 206-340-0367. We will contact you to exchange or replace any damaged items. Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting your merchandise.
