The La Stanza fruit bowl is made up of geometrically irregular 'blown up' stainless steel pieces of various sizes connected in an even more irregular way. The abstract design is inspired by the Sicilian storm wind called 'Scirocco' and the special room in large Sicilian country homes that serves as a shelter from the strong winds. This is a very elegant but minimalist centerpiece and a beautiful gift for Alessi fans.
