Delivery Options

Local Full Service Home Delivery

We take pride in offering our customers exceptional service from beginning to end. Our full service delivery includes free set up of ready to assemble pieces, installation of hardware and assembly of beds, media cabinets, dining tables, and the like, plus a final on-site inspection of your new furniture and removal of all packing materials.

Getting Ready

It’s important to us that your delivery goes smoothly. To ensure that, taking careful measurements of your space ahead of time is appreciated. Remember to check that the furniture you ordered will fit through all doors, rooms, hallways and elevators. On the day of delivery please have open spaces ready, roll up skidding rugs, and keep your pets safely confined.  Be sure there is an adult, 18 or older, on the premises at the time of your delivery. We are unable to facilitate the re-arrangement or removal of your existing furniture

Two-hour delivery window

You will get a call from us one day prior to your delivery date to schedule your two-hour delivery window.  The delivery drivers will also give you an advanced call when en route to your stop.

If we are late

If our drivers are running late, our dispatcher will call you to let you know. You will have the option to reschedule the delivery for another day at no cost to you.

If you are late, or not home

Our drivers will wait an additional 15 minutes from your appointment time before continuing on with their scheduled route.  If no one is there to receive the goods, we will return the merchandise to our warehouse and you will have the option of rescheduling the delivery with a new delivery fee added.

Damaged merchandise? Don’t panic.

You have several options. You can accept the merchandise (noting the damage on our driver’s delivery ticket) and then make arrangements with us to exchange it as soon as possible, at no charge. You may refuse the merchandise and request a replacement delivered to you on the next available delivery day at no cost. Additionally, our repair technician can be called upon for in-home repairs at no charge. Your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed.

UPS Standard

Some of our smaller furniture items as well as non-furniture items can be shipped UPS ground service.  They should arrive in 3-5 business days after pick up from our location.  

Shipping via Freight Carrier

Furniture can be shipped via freight carrier outside our local delivery area.  Contact us for a quote.
